Certified Marijuana Testing Laboratories

Announcement:

Section 381.986, Florida Statutes (F.S.), defines a marijuana testing laboratory as “a facility that collects and analyzes marijuana samples from a medical marijuana treatment center and has been certified by the department pursuant to section 381.988.” Pursuant to section 381.988, F.S., the Office of Medical Marijuana Use (OMMU) licenses and regulates certified marijuana testing laboratories (CMTLs) in the state of Florida.
